I was very surprised when I saw this legendary Soviet engineering calculator in a flea market window. For 100 rubles, I could not buy it.

Awesome trophy from the flea market: Elektronika MK 36

Recently I told about the flea market "Retro" at the Kristall factory and promised to show me what I bought there.

Two of these calculators were sold at once. The price is 200 rubles, but I was on the day of the sale and bought it half the price.

I was even more surprised when I found that the kit included not only a case and instructions, but also the electrical circuits of the calculator itself and the missing power supply. It can be seen from the diagram that the calculator is built on the Soviet K145IP15 processor.

Calculator released in November 1989, he is 32 years old. The case has not been opened - there is an original seal.

D-0.26D batteries have leaked slightly over the years, but everything else looks quite intact.

It turned out that instead of a unique connector, it is quite possible to use a regular modern Dupont (such connectors connect indicators and buttons in a computer case). I connected the calculator to a 5 volt power supply and found that it WORKS!

All buttons are pressed, counts correctly.

Of course, I will not use it for its intended purpose - now it is just a historical thing and for a hundred rubles I wanted to have it.

Peace for everyone!
