4. Moisture coefficient
Release humidity in aerated concrete houses is always at an extremely high level. Of course, you can wait until the material with a moisture coefficient from the factory of 40% dries. However, this will take several years. With the most successful combination of circumstances, it is possible to bring the equilibrium moisture content of aerated concrete to 5%.
5. Bad investment
Separately, it should be mentioned that few people want to buy a house made of aerated concrete for a lot of money. And the reason for this in the first place is the material itself.
