The most popular minced meat dish is undoubtedly cutlets. However, cooking them constantly, while there are still many different options for using minced meat, is boring and banal. Novate.ru tells how else you can please and surprise your family both on weekdays and on holidays.

This German soup is called "Käsesuppe" and is prepared without the usual potatoes. Despite the absence of a popular vegetable, the dish turns out to be fragrant, with a rich taste. No wonder it is always present at every feast in Germany.

The list of ingredients includes:

• three and a half liters of water;
• one onion;
• one leek;
• 400 grams of processed cheese;
• 400 grams of minced meat;
• 200 grams of fresh champignons;
• two tablespoons of vegetable oil;
• salt and pepper to taste.

The soup is prepared very simply and is no different from the traditional first courses that we are used to making in our kitchen. Onions should be cut into cubes and fried until golden brown in a preheated frying pan, greased with oil. Next, add the chopped leeks to it and simmer them together for about five minutes. Put the minced meat, fry it, salt and pepper. In a separate pan, cook mushrooms, chopped randomly.

Pour water into a saucepan, put it on the stove and bring it to a boil. After that, put the minced meat with onions and mushrooms in a container, cook for five to seven minutes. Add melted cheese in portions, stirring the contents of the pan well each time - this is necessary in order for it to melt. Boil the soup for about ten minutes, salt, pepper, add greens and your favorite spices. Serve with bread or oven-dried croutons.

If you love Italian cuisine but don't like to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, this quick and easy lasagna is sure to be on your list of favorite dishes. A delicate bechamel sauce will add a velvety creamy taste to the dish.

You will need the following ingredients:

• 800 grams of minced meat;
• 10 sheets of lasagna;
• two tomatoes;
• two small bulbs;
• two cloves of garlic;
• two tablespoons of tomato paste;
• one tablespoon of vegetable oil;
• salt and pepper to taste;
• 100 grams of any hard cheese;
• three glasses of milk;
• 50 grams of butter;
• five tablespoons of flour;
• nutmeg to taste.

Peel the onion and garlic, chop them with a knife, mix with minced meat and send to a preheated pan greased with vegetable oil. Fry the ingredients for five to seven minutes, stirring constantly so that the minced meat does not burn and does not gather into lumps.

Next, start preparing the tomatoes. Wash them, make cross-shaped incisions and scald with boiling water to make it easier to remove the skin. Cut the peeled tomatoes into cubes, add to the minced meat along with the tomato paste. Salt, pepper to taste, mix all the ingredients well, cover, reduce heat and simmer the minced meat for about ten minutes.

While the lasagna filling is being prepared, you need to make the béchamel sauce. Take a small saucepan, melt the butter in it, add five tablespoons of flour, mix well and fry over low heat. To avoid lumps, constantly stir the contents of the saucepan. Then slowly pour in the milk, constantly stirring the mass with a whisk. The finished sauce should have a consistency similar to custard. Remove from heat, add nutmeg or allspice and set aside.

Take a baking dish, grease the bottom with vegetable oil and put a few tablespoons of bechamel, spreading it evenly over the entire surface. Next should be a sheet of lasagna - it can be raw or lightly boiled, depending on what is written on the package. The next layer is sauce, then minced meat, cheese, bechamel again, lasagna sheet, and so on in a circle until the ingredients run out. To prevent the dough from becoming dry and hard during cooking, the last layer should be poured with a lot of sauce, especially the edges.

Sprinkle the future lasagna with cheese and send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees. Bake for 30-40 minutes - the final time will depend on the power of your oven. At the end, a delicious golden crust should appear on the dish.

If you want to include in your menu a product that contains a minimum of calories, is easily digestible and can become an ingredient in almost any dish, pay attention to zucchini. We offer an excellent recipe with minced meat.

To prepare the dish, you need to prepare the following products:

• four zucchini;
• one bulb;
• one medium tomato;
• one red bell pepper;
• two cloves of garlic;
• one tablespoon of sunflower oil;
• two tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream;
• salt and pepper to taste;
• 200 grams of minced chicken;
• 50 grams of bulgur (cereals);
• 50 grams of hard cheese.

The first step is to prepare the filling. Take 50 grams of bulgur, pour boiling water over it or cook it according to the instructions on the package. Let cool and then loosen the porridge with a fork. Peel the onion and garlic, chop with a knife, add to the minced meat and fry in a pan greased with vegetable oil. Cooking time is seven to eight minutes.
Salt, pepper the filling and do not forget to stir it so that the minced meat does not gather into lumps.
Make a criss-cross cut on the tomato, dip it in boiling water for one minute, and then remove the skin and cut into cubes. Sweet pepper, previously peeled from seeds, also chop, and send the vegetables to the minced meat. After three minutes, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cooked bulgur.

Wash the zucchini well under running cold water, remove the stalks and cut each lengthwise into two halves. Take out the pulp, chop it and add it to the finished stuffing. For cooking you will need:

• 500 grams of beef minced;
• 500 grams of puff pastry;
• one carrot;
• two bulbs;
• one raw egg;
• four hard-boiled eggs for the filling;
• three tablespoons of tomato juice;
• one teaspoon of seeds (sesame or flax);
• salt and pepper to taste.

First you need to work with vegetables. Peel the onions and carrots, chop them on a grater. Put a frying pan on the stove, wait until it is hot, pour in the oil and lightly fry the vegetables. Then add minced meat, spices, mix thoroughly. Cover and let sit for a few minutes before adding three tablespoons of tomato juice.

Take a baking sheet, cover it with parchment paper, lightly grease with vegetable oil. Lay out the puff pastry, spread the minced meat on it, stepping back one centimeter from the edges, and then hard-boiled eggs.
