This is an update regarding the 11.11 Coupon promotion. Due to an unexpected technical issue, we regret to inform you that there was a setting error in our system regarding the coupon $111.11-$111.
The setting was meant to offer 214 coupons in total for one single user and this is what we did. Unfortunately this setting failed and 593 coupons were wrongly offered. Only the first 214 customers who took part in this activity were able to use this coupon successfully.
For those who haven’t been able to use the coupon, we have already offered a solution for compensation. We have taken major, corrective actions to prevent such issues in the future, and we will strive to continue to offer the very best deals and service to our valued customers.

It was expected that 214 coupons would be distributed, with a maximum of one per account. Unfortunately, there was an error in the setup and 593 coupons were issued above the limit. Only the first 214 customers who took part in this event were able to successfully use this coupon.
