The store has paid insurance. If you have taken out insurance, then if your order, for example, is lost by mail, then you will either receive a full refund or the goods will be resent.
Inexpensive orders are usually resent or given a full refund; when ordering phones and more expensive gadgets (from 80-100 dollars), insurance is recommended
If insurance is issued, then:
If you have not received the item within 45 working days, we
1) We will resend the goods free of charge
2) We will make a refund to the store’s internal account for subsequent purchases
If there is no insurance, one of the options will be offered:
1) We will issue a refund to your Gearbest account in US dollars in the amount of 50% of the amount spent on the purchase
2) We will refund 30% of the amount spent in US dollars to your card or Paypal account
3) We will resend. Payment of 50% of the item price will be required for reshipment.
