True, there will still be an additional version. The maximum configuration of the Mi6 includes gold plating around the camera and a ceramic rather than glass body.
The screen is protected by fashionable tempered glass with sloping edges, but, unfortunately, has rather large frames. It is curious that the developers tried to imitate the Samsung feature with a rounded body, for which they covered the Mi6 with glass on the back side.
It's all because of the thickness, because of which the smartphone lost its minijack, got a small 3350 mAh battery - and got such huge frames on which the front touch button with a fingerprint scanner and the camera look like field.
Perhaps this is due to the stereo speakers located at the top and bottom, as in the ZTE Axon line. The developers themselves explain this by moisture protection.
However, Xiaomi Mi6 uses a different camera operation scheme (the second sensor is for zooming and blurring the background), and the sensors much more interesting: each has a resolution of 12 megapixels (read: top Sony module), in addition there is an optical stabilization.
The front camera does not shine - only 8 megapixels, a standard module.
At the moment, Xiaomi Mi 6 is available for sale only in black. Several more color options are expected in stock in the near future: beige, white, silver. Perhaps a little later the blue modification shown in the photo will appear.
The cost of the new item is $370 for the junior version with 64 GB of permanent memory and $460 for the top model with a ceramic body.
