Design
A smartphone with such a battery cannot be small. But Blackview P10000 Pro In addition, it has an impressive metal frame to protect the insides and the screen. The device has original sharp corners, which also protects the filling from unintentional impacts.
The back cover and screen are slightly recessed in relation to the side frames, also to protect against falls and shocks. The smartphone is available in 2 versions: one of them has a glass back cover, the second boasts a genuine leather coating.
The first is decorated with a thin metal insert with an integrated camera and flash. In the second, it is replaced by a huge metal plate in the form of a shield, screwed with decorative screws. Below it is the company logo, engraved on a narrow metal plate.
Bolted metal inserts adorn the edges. They strengthen the structure and act as decoration.
The left side is decorated with a standard set of keys: volume rocker and power button. Next to them is a recessed SOS button. On the other side there is a double SIM slot, into which you can also install a memory card.
The bottom end carries 2 speaker grilles, between which there is a USB-C slot. Blackview P10000 Pro does not have a separate audio jack, so the manufacturer equipped the smartphone with a standard headset with a USB-C plug and an adapter for regular headphones.
The front side of the smartphone is protected by Gorilla Glass. Hidden under its top is a dual front camera and sensors. It is cut by a small metal insert with a speaker slot.
Due to the metal chassis, there is no need to talk about the Blackview P10000 Pro being frameless. Yes, it does not have navigation buttons; they are replaced by on-screen keys that can be hidden.
Ease of use
The weight of the Blackview P10000 Pro reaches 298 grams, and its dimensions inspire holy horror to any gadget lover. Almost 2 centimeters thick, even with beveled edges, is completely non-ergonomic.
For small hands, the smartphone is incredibly inconvenient. On the other hand, a large male hand feels a smartphone as a serious, reliable thing in itself. All functional elements of the smartphone are in their place, within a radius of one touch.
However, the weight and dimensions turn the Blackview P10000 Pro into a smartphone for special occasions - for example, for hiking or outdoor activities. Or for very large owners.
Display
Pseudo-bezel-less display Blackview P10000 Pro has at least 2 features: firstly, it is produced by Sharp, and secondly, it has excellent parameters. So here the manufacturer did his best.
Screen diagonal – 6 inches; resolution – FullHD+ (2160 x 1080). Yes, you heard right – the smartphone screen has an aspect ratio of 18:9. Therefore, on its lower part there are touch keys that replace the usual navigation buttons.
The display brightness is 450 cd. Is it a lot or a little? In the bright spring sun the screen will remain readable. However, minimal illumination will not blind you even in the dark. Auto-adjustment works correctly.
Thanks to system functions, the color gamut of the screen (initially quite correct) can be adjusted to suit the user’s habits - even to poisonous colors, if desired.
Hardware platform
As a processor Blackview P10000 Pro The MediaTek Helio P23 single-chip platform with a processor clock frequency of 2.5 GHz and a Mali G71-MP2 video accelerator is used. Eight cores of Helio P23 are quite economical, but productive. In general, its power is at the level of budget Snapdragon 625.

The interface and launcher are stock, without additional decorations or widgets. The interface operates at lightning speed, without microlags or slowdowns – this ensures sufficient performance.
Google Apps are fully present. A number of programs are preinstalled on the smartphone to get you started: office suites, viewers, drivers. They can be removed freely, although most likely they are the ones you use.
Multimedia capabilities
Camera
As can be seen from the previous part of the review, Blackview P10000 Pro combines all current trends. So it's no surprise that it features today's popular dual camera with dual flash. Its main sensor uses a 16-megapixel Sony IMX298 matrix. The additional one is used for color correction and is equipped with a matrix of only 0.3 megapixels.
The camera's capabilities are enough to take great pictures in good lighting. In the dark, shooting artifacts, graininess and incorrect color rendition may be observed, despite the second module.
But shooting indoors is perfect - the white balance is perfectly processed by the additional module, instantly adapting to external conditions.
The front camera also uses a double module, but from an unnamed 13 and 0.3 megapixels with the same principle of using the second camera. This camera also has a flash, but a single one.
This camera also has focusing, and allows you to do even artistic photography if necessary.
Sound
The place of a traditional audio interface in Blackview P10000 Pro occupies a universal USB Type C. The manufacturer supplements the delivery package not only with a corresponding adapter, but also with a proprietary headset.
All the necessary chips are sealed inside the smartphone, so you can use cheap adapters without a built-in DAC.
Oddly enough, the sound Blackview P10000 Pro very good and can compare with top Snapdragon devices. The standard headset is also of very good quality, in addition, it is equipped with foam tips, thanks to which sound insulation reaches its maximum.
Wireless interfaces
Blackview P10000 Pro is equipped with a full set of sensors necessary for a modern smartphone, including a full-fledged compass for navigation. Which, however, needs to be calibrated out of the box.
The navigation module works with GPS, Baidu and GLONASS. A cold start takes no more than 7-15 seconds, depending on the location.
Contrary to the established tradition, Blackview P10000 Pro designed for the international market, therefore it supports all communication bands required in Russia and the CIS, including Band 3, 7 and 20.
Other wireless interfaces correspond to modern realities, up to dual-band WI-Fi, which breaks through 2 reinforced concrete walls.
Autonomy
Colossal battery Blackview P10000 Pro has a capacity of 11,000 mAh at 3.7 V. It seems that today this is an absolute record for smartphones. It is logical to see record, previously unattainable autonomy.
The smartphone can play video from the network for 22 hours, or be used for 3D games for more than 8 hours, and in navigator mode it will work for almost a day. With average use, you will have to charge it no more than every 3-4 days - and this is if you do not turn off the wireless interfaces at night.
Such a volume would have been charged for several days if the company had not equipped the smartphone with standard fast charging Mediatek Pump Express 4.0. Thanks to it, the battery is fully charged within 3 hours, and can be refilled in an hour half.

However, the smartphone has a number of disadvantages:

- uncomfortable grip
- not the best camera
- mid-price platform.
On the other hand, all of them are more than covered by the features of the smartphone, among which stand out:

- impeccable image quality on the screen,
- fast operation of wireless interfaces,
- protected, durable housing.
Another very successful smartphone for a fan of an active lifestyle. You can forget about external batteries and extra wires - with Blackview P10000 Pro you can easily spend a week away from charging, without denying yourself anything, just turning off the connection at night.
I would recommend this gadget in conjunction with another, less monstrous smartphone for anyone who is at least somehow related to sports, including cyclists. The ideal men's smartphone.
Moreover, the cost of the new product is just under $200. This is even less than the cost of representatives of previous generations of similar devices.
