I, of course, not a lover of winter store of tomatoes, but still several times, bright holiday for salads, buy them in the cold season in the local supermarket. The taste of vegetables, of course, is so far from the ideal, that, at times, you start to doubt, eat a tomato or a hard rubber overshoe. Separately, it must be said about their thick peel and tasteless juice, which, for all that, yet incredibly small.

But, again, for those who, like me, sometimes indulges in non-seasonal vegetables, there is a way - such products can transform own, adding only a few components in them. So now I tell you how I personally bring to mind the winter bought tomatoes that have appeared at least some pleasant taste.

So, in order to start this simple conversion, we need salt, sugar and olive oil. The latter, incidentally, can be replaced by an ordinary sunflower, refined or, if you like, whether that will give a special flavor of tomatoes. Olive, incidentally, of the above is the most useful, though it is considered the addition of "an amateur". I, for all his desire, all I can not make friends with him (because of its particular taste), and therefore use ordinary oil.

We need to just cut the tomatoes as the soul wills, and then sprinkle them with salt, sugar and drizzle with oil. As such, the vegetables should stand for about 10 minutes, after which it will be possible to use them for other purposes.

The amount of salt and sugar, adjust themselves, for example, I take a couple of tomatoes a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon. l. sugar and 0.5 st. l. sunflower oil - this is quite enough to really become like tomatoes tomatoes.

This way you can convert not only vegetables for salads, but also for various zazharok for soups and sauces, their taste of this right will be more intense. So, I advise you, and you use this method to help make winter vegetables is something more or less resembling the summer harvest.
