In Malaysia, I certainly tried national dishes. Some of them were very unusual, it is very tasty.
Food in Malaysia is as diverse as Malaysia itself, in which live the Malays, Indians, Chinese and many other nations.
Let's start with the favorite of many Indian Roti cakes. In Malaysia, they have turned to Roti Boom and became small.
But most importantly, they are served with vegetable sauce ensemble of taste and becomes completely different. I really liked it.
More exotic dish - dessert Meat Beef Satay. This is very similar to a small kebab, but the meat is sweet! Very unusual and turns, sweet meat is very tasty.
National tea Malay Teh Tarik.
This tea with condensed milk, in which the main - the procedure is pouring it from one vessel to another.
Probably the most surprising dish - Ice Kachang. To cook it you need a special machine and a variety of ingredients.
The machine splits the ice and turns it into the snow.
In a plate put a variety of sweet things (mainly bean), crushed ice, everything is watered by several sweet sauces. Sometimes adds a bit ordinary ice cream.
It turns out "soup of ice cream." Unusual and delicious.
