In this article, I will share how I did dry screed on floor heating.
I have long tormented by the question, what kind of screed pour - usually manually, semi-dry or using machinery.
I stopped on the last option, because it is much faster, and beacons do not need to bathe, plus to that, as I thought, it is more gentle process for underfloor heating, because no one with wheelbarrows and buckets solution rush, jumping on pipes.
And so we began to prepare, brought all the ingredients: sand, cement, fibrovolokno, unrolled a hose and run the machine for mixing solution.
First of all emissions produced solution in the hall that the hose was not lying on the pipes. "Do not lie" certainly an understatement, because it is so high pressure, from his hitting - he removes the nylon tie which fastens the pipe underfloor to welded mesh.
Each feed solution to the point of forming coupler accompanied by an abrupt pressure jump in the hose from Pneumosupercharger that leads to its relatively high strength fluctuations.
I could not bear to see how to come off the mounting clamps and underfloor heating pipe bend and walk on the floor,... He joined the builders, to somehow restrain the hose. After a couple of blows to the legs - three days walked with bruises)))
In the end I got exhausted all over the 3:00 screed. Each stroke of the hose pipes floor heating - "like a knife to the heart", the benefit from the crimping underfloor left in place a pressure gauge, which looked every 5 minutes, if the system pressure has dropped.
In short, with grief in half I waited until the end of the screed! Of course really quickly, but if even the workers belonged to the object - as his, it would be much easier!
