Bavarian masonry come from ancient times, when due to the imperfection of brick firing - get different shades of products.

Paradoxically, but today there are trends in construction, which tend to design buildings from the past, or even two centuries.

In general, even the 2 shades of brick, stacked randomly, radically changing the appearance of the building. The classic Bavarian masonry used 3-4 shades, and it is enough that the wall looked not brightly and tastefully furnished.

In my experience, that there is no regularity in the alternation no bricks. In the process of rendering a brick, I had stockpiled as it will totally at random, and the builders at a laying the same did not stand on ceremony with the selection and take anyone that comes handy.

This is the only stage of the construction when I cursed masons for the evenness of masonry! )))

In my case, used brick, I infiltrated the color composition of the self (the process described in the previous posts). Impregnation using three colors:

  • light brown;
  • dark brown;
  • black.
Since this is an ordinary building brick, I increased requirements as the ideal size and the quality of masonry - do not have.

The only reservation that the bricks of black I did 1 to 7 pieces of brown, that is 1 to 7 to select the dotted blotches. On any of the photos you can trace it.

And because brick was dark, in order to highlight it - in front of the masonry had to experiment on chroma cement joints. As a result, a normal bright seam of white cement has been selected.

P.S. seam color can be changed by choosing the color of the aggregate, ie, sand. You can use the yellow sand, and then weld the color is beige, can I - adding gray sand, and then the color will be a little gray.

I hope that my publication helped you. Good luck in building!
