I decided to share as I'm the one performed truss roof system.

In fact, it's not so difficult. The main thing for themselves sketch out a plan by which to move forward, and, without any extra effort. Complex-looking design always consists of simple pieces - it's a fact!

So, in order:

  1. The first thing I found mauerlat on threaded studs 10 mm., Bound in a single unit with a reinforcing frame reinforced belt.
  2. Then I installed the ridge beam of ordinary 50h150 board, holding it in advance when laying the grooves left by the gable walls of the house. Since the span from wall to wall was 7.5 m. I beams boosted by two pads of the same on the sides of the board by pulling structure with four bolts.
  3. To avoid sagging of the ridge, I pulled the cord from edge to edge of the timber and make temporary backups, drawing them into the supporting wall. (If the wall is not - it does not matter, it can be time backups of long boards based on their overlap).
  4. Further, the control measurement on a spirit level (water level) and at the gable hypotenuses (length of rafters, from mauerlat to a ridge). Of course also the measurement of the diagonals of each roof rays. I use a laser rangefinder.

  5. When all the measurements I was satisfied (namely, the length of the sling - the error was 1.5 cm on. diagonals of 3 cm., it is not critical), I made a template truss up with all knockouts and in mauerlat ridge beam.
  6. 19, cut the remaining trusses pattern. For rafters used board 50x200, because the structure is a mansard, 200 mm. insulation at the time.
  7. First, install the extreme rafters, between which pulled nylon cord as a beacon to indicate the plane, and then made the installation of the rest of the rafters under the cord.
  8. When all the rafters were installed, I made a tightening pattern. Tightening (Rigel) - an element that accepts the thrust (razezzhanie) rafters in different directions. Board for puffs in the latter will serve as the attic joists.
  9. Node pins and rafters was connected bolt 12 mm. and two nails 150 mm.
  10. To ridge beam was pinching between the rafter, made the fight out of the board-dyuymovka, one for each pair of adjacent trusses.
The only difficulty arose when holding boards on long mauerlat ridge and simultaneously. Once the truss leg wound at one end on a horse, I was coming down, and it is temporarily fixed by the mauerlat that she suddenly moved out from all over the height of a house in the neighbor's garden.

Spent time at assembling mauerlat and rafters was 5 days.
