Preparation for construction of a bath - it's a difficult moment. Often, the final construction cost is much higher than planned.
When I took on his own project, he decided to limit itself to the rigid framework - the overall budget must not exceed 70 000 rubles.
To cope with this problem, I had to carefully consider the choice of material. Since the flow limitation was not allowed to take up brick or wood options, I decided to stop on the plywood.

To implement the ideas I gave up all the usual stages in the construction of a bath - namely, by injection of a powerful foundation and putting some of the walls of the blocks. At work I use the following procedure:
- At first I put concrete blocks so that in the end turned out six points of support for the future of the building. Such withdrawal will not only reduce costs but also to speed up the installation process;
- On the grounds timber I put the floor and then put together with the help of frame beams and walls;
- Next, it's time to install the front door frame, the ramp to the roof and small windows. As a result, in front of me there was a building remotely resembling a barn;
- After installing the entire structure of the box I was sheathed with a special film with a vapor retarding effect - to bathhouse could withstand heating;
- At the end of the construction, I sheathed the room with a thick layer of plywood. To take a bath no more slots, all joints are sealed with foam.
This completes the construction of the outer part of the bath was over. Now is the time for interior decoration, which is not less painful strikes on the budget.
The interior decoration
To ensure a stable temperature inside the bath, I have decided to upholster walls with mineral wool. Then the "box" was divided into two rooms - a waiting room and the steam room itself. The main advantage of such a bath is mobility. If necessary, it can be easily moved to another location. Of course, hurricanes and floods the building not stand, but I did not set out such a task.
The main issue with the bath arrangement was the choice of the furnace because to find a quality option for little money very difficult. The cheapest option is a simple stove, but I refused it because of insecurity. In the end I settled on a steel furnace heat-Extra 350, the value of which does not exceed 10 000 rubles.
On the smoke output pipe I installed heat exchanger. During the firing, he will heat water, so she could wash up afterwards.
To give a bath accuracy, it was decided to paint the building in a light beige color. For windows and doors had been picked up dark-brown hue - for contrast.
The whole process took me nearly a week and a half and 70 thousand rubles. Upon completion of construction, I can say that he was pleased with the implementation and use a bath that's already half a year!)
