Each season I cook this amazing appetizer of eggplant. The first time she did not "survived" even before the Christmas holidays, sour cream on the table before all meals. Then I began to prepare the snacks in sufficient quantity. "Little blue" in combination with other vegetables give a unique taste and aroma. My way of cooking
