In the Finnish town of Tampere, I really liked the format in which the municipal market works.
Unlike our markets are not only trade.
Trading places side by side with small restaurants and many residents go to lunch market.
Everything is close by and interspersed.
And a lot more baking in the market.
Fresh meat on the right, and left someone eats.
We also had lunch in the market. The food was delicious, and the portions here are huge.
Probably the Russian sanitary inspection Rospotrebnadzor have fainted from such neighborhood. And it is quite natural in Finland.
