I recently drove to the same shop and saw a sale outlet extension cord into two for the price 51 rubles. Of course, I bought it and studied.
Compared with the previous extension, this looks neat - casting plastic smooth, holes for plugs without burrs.

Contact plates are made of steel covered with brass. It does not look very carefully, but contact with a normal plug. Over time, the course will be a little loose.
According to the label, extension must withstand loads up to 1300 watts (current up to 6A). To test, I plugged into a power strip heater and left it to run for an hour.
Power consumption - 1365 watts.
An hour later, I looked at the extension cord through the imager.
Maximum temperature at the contact extension and the plug of the heater - 35 degrees.
Maximum conductor temperature - 31 degrees.

Despite the very low price, this extender is made quite well and is not dangerous under normal use. Importantly, do not use it for a powerful load (irons, kettles, powerful heaters) and does not exceed the stated power 1300 watts. Unfortunately, the extender is nowhere specified maximum power and eventually its owner can forget about the controls and connect the powerful load.
Due to the fact that the contact plates are made of steel and is not biased, will eventually work loose outlet, so it is advisable not to include into the same socket extension first European plug and then plug with thin contacts.
This extension cable is suitable for low-power load - a desk lamp, chargers, gadgets.
