A dish is called croutons. Yes, the most that neither is a regular, tasty croutons, cooked for 5 minutes. Just them, I somehow forgot, even as a child my mother cooked us them every day. And then at the picture here the other day and I came across a delicious realized - that's what I recently was missing in my life.

I am preparing their "memory", rather, "by eye". I break a couple of eggs in a bowl, pour them in half a glass of milk and add a pinch of salt, then whisk the mixture is strongly stirred. By the way, as a child I liked it sweet toast, so the mother instead of salt to the egg mass add a tablespoon of sugar. However, my household, such an experiment was not appreciated, it more "like" went exactly salty version.
