The boys all welcome. Any welder who loves his job can talk about it for hours. Especially nice when you can not only talk, but also to show their welded products, because there is not invented to say anything and do not embellish, it is better to see once. Five or six years ago, I started taking pictures of their work. My welding, mainly associated with welding trucks and cargo trailers. And part of their welding crafts I want to show you, namely welding rework trailers and semi-trailers.

Here in the photo I digested the new trailer Kamaz 10-ton crane, making it a 20-ton crane! It was a long time ago, now so do not - and cook on the contrary, skeleton inside and outside sheet metal for greater efficiency of volume.

And it was my first alteration semitrailer for bulk cargo. Prior to that he brewed only a short trailer, but here is long 13.6 meters - just two short KAMAZ trailer. Stremnovato was taken, but nothing, everything turned out.

Here's the trailer was welded to carry planks and woods. All sides had made Detachable and they were removed as conic stand in this huge box below.

This MAZ semitrailer, I cooked it for the local customer from his village. The customer decided to have some sekonomit and asked to leave the front side, oh and had trouble with him - he was pokotsali and swollen, and had his zaarmirovat and make smooth, since then I try not to leave the front board - only if it is in perfect condition .

But with this instance it was a complete ambush. A farmer bought it for a song (at the price of ferrous metal) and the state was the appropriate price. There had to digest and expand the entire platform frame. Work was very much, but in addition to payment for the work turned out good bonus - ferrous metal from that of the semitrailer I passed almost ducat.

Here's a she, the work of a welder - it does not sit in the office! Although there may not be just - I did not try.
