Eternal loop to the truck with their hands boards

All welcome. We continue our welding diary. Today I want to tell you about the eternal loop, which my colleagues and I came up with welders, did, and began to be used in the welding of homemade boards for trucks and trailers. Generally most of their welding career, I was doing exactly welded body and truck trailers. Jobs difficult (at first), interesting and requires constant innovative solutions in welding structures. Loop bead - is an important part of the design of the truck, they account for a lot of stress and work. Initially, we used the standard stores the loop, but during the operation, they quickly turned sour ( stopped spinning), since they are constantly in an aggressive environment - ride on the road is wet, the salt ,dust. So we had to come up with home-made loops for reliable trucks. For this task we have consulted, and such loops are now working already for many years without any problems.
