For someone, horseradish is a useful plant, which can be used in the kitchen, at home and even in medicine. For someone, but not for me. On my fucking site I became a weed, from which it was urgent to get rid of. But to do this was not easy at all.
The thing is that this plant has a huge root system. (The length of roots of the individual can reach 6-7 meters). Also, horseradish is very hardy and do not require special conditions for growth and development.
At first I thought I could get rid of horseradish through a simple removal of the root. But I was wrong. I was able to destroy only a small portion of horseradish and sprouted again.
I knew in advance that there are strong chemicals that are able to output a plant of this kind. But to apply them in their area, I would not. Firstly, they cost money. Secondly, they accumulate in the ground, spread over the site soil and water as a result of bringing harm to the entire garden. We had to find available national method.

The essence of the method is to drain the root to the withering away of the state. Until such time as he will not be able to give new sprouts nutrients and die alone.
For this purpose, it is necessary to remove all plant seedlings before they turn into leaves. After all, in order to sprout from the ground stretched and gained strength, the root is required to give him as many nutrients as possible. At this point, he is exhausted. But as soon as the first leaves start to appear, include processes of photosynthesis and root again replenished with all the necessary materials.
I remove all the germs of ordinary scissors, trying to pick up the upper part of the root. After the 2nd germs procedure has become much smaller. For one summer I was able to destroy 2 of the 3 large bushes horseradish. I think that is an excellent result, especially because he did not require investment.
The main thing is not to let go green sprouts, otherwise, the process can go on indefinitely.
