I want to share with you the quickest and easiest way to make a mold. And, most likely, this is the cheapest way. Molds need for polymer clay or "cold porcelain" and may, Molds for resin? And if you buy expensive, and sometimes there is no place, it is the simplest solution!
What is needed:
· Hot glue;
· The figure, which remove the form.
Everything just that. I do not take into account for the hot glue gun. If you do needlework, it will have to be. And if not, you can buy an inexpensive, 200-300 rubles. The main condition: the more powerful gun, the easier and more convenient to make mold.
Calculating the cost (I believe the prices in our markets in Kyrgyzstan):
1. Glue gun 200-300 rubles (single attachment);
2. Rods for gun 5-8 rubles per share;
Total: gun + 10 rods - a maximum of 380 rubles. From this it can be 5-8 moldov small size (which are Aliekspress will cost about 80-200 rubles apiece).
Do not forget that the gun - a single attachment, further Molds produced more cheaply.
Another big plus is that you can make any Molds perfectly to your needs, and it is sometimes very important, as for me.
Step 1.
Take any figure with which we want to do Mold and grease it with any vegetable oil. Grease with a soft brush very carefully. Also, we put a little oil on the surface, on which we will make mold.
Step 2.
Preheat good gun and begin to fill greased figurines hot glue. First pass along the contour, and then pour glue all figure. We leave for 10 minutes for the adhesive to cool.
It is possible to accelerate the cooling process, sprinkling the cold water or wet cloth laid on top.
Step 3.
When the glue has cooled, MDL can be easily removed from the figures.
Step 4.
Now it is possible to fill Molds polymeric clay "cold porcelain" or other mass. Now the lubricating oil is not required. Polymer Clay simply removed without effort and strain.
All is ready. In general, I really liked this method, a simple, fast and cheap.
