The long-awaited laminate was laid. And it seems neat, the joints are not visible. But if the laying technology is violated, then the joints will disperse. It will take a couple of months until the treacherous gap appears.
The same story arises with budget materials, the quality of which leaves doubts. Clearances are unlikely to threaten European repair. But even here it happens that the base for the laminate is not even enough. Then the locks of an inexpensive laminate come apart, not withstanding the load.
The gap is striking every day, as if on purpose attracting dirt and crumbs. And when water gets into it, the seam swells. How do you handle it without lifting the entire floor over one piece? For example, the inhabitants of Russia and Germany are twisted in completely different ways.
In Germany, they will turn to a laminate master. It is immediately obvious that he is an experienced person. He will bring with him a special device: with a smooth platform on one side and a cork thrust bearing on the other.
Scratching the laminate for this technician is not comme il faut, so to speak. The base of the tool is in the form of a barn hinge. On the reverse side there are impact tips. A person with such a device will inspire confidence. What will people in Russia do?
Our man will call our neighbor Petya. Sometimes a neighbor is replaced by a husband tired of his wife's requests to fix the floor. Regardless of the character, the repair tools are the same - scotch tape, a hammer, curses and other improvised means. But the repair process in Germany and Russia is almost identical.
German will stick special (!) double-sided tape on the tool pad. The free side of the tape will stick to the laminate. The lamella will snap into place after a couple of precise hits on the damping knobs.
Our man will go to the balcony, ideally to the garage. Among the rest of the junk - (sorry)... creative mess - he'll find a block of wood. No wonder he kept it all these years! Our man will glue this block on an ordinary double-sided tape to the floor. A couple of methodical blows on the board - and the mission will be completed.
