Then she continued to read the moral: "And all your McDonald's, Burger King and KFS. How much you can eat this anti-food, let's stop and switch to a more or less healthy diet. And then some burgers, but wings, soon as Americans will become fat and clumsy, and we are not so many years old! "

And then I really thought about her words. After all, I spend at least 10-15 thousand a month on this notorious fast food. What a waste of unhealthy food!

In fact, I flush the money down the toilet, you can't say otherwise. A pity, very pity. They would greatly help the family budget to save money for summer vacations. And they are in the toilet! It all turns out wrong.

Ahhhh, I also forgot about pizza, which we also love very much and eat often. But I would not classify it as fast food. Everything in it is more or less natural. And then pizza, it's Italian food, not American. Therefore, it was decided to relax on it at the level: sometimes it is possible!

Also, my wife and I decided to exclude ready-made breakfasts from our diet, and cut sausages to the maximum (sausage, wieners, sausages, pork pork sausages). According to the sugar, we definitely said no. Although I dimly understand how I will live without him. I love sweet things, to the point of madness. I put 6 tablespoons of sugar in a standard cup of 250 ml, and stirred it, please pay attention. And now drink tea without sugar, horror. But once they have decided, then they have decided, the willpower must be present! I'm a man, I have to endure all the hardships of a more or less healthy diet!

We also decided to reduce flour to the maximum. These are bread and pasta, respectively. I'm shocked! And how to endure it? I could never live without bread, but pasta is my specialty, I love them in any recipe. Boiled, fried, steamed, with egg, with meat ...

So this is what is left and what we will eat:

- testicles and chicken;

- tea and coffee without sugar (I will try);

- milk and low-percentage curd;

- fruits: apples, bananas, oranges, tangerines, grapefruit;

- fish (I prefer ice, there is only one bone in it, in the middle);

- potatoes (the same is not entirely useful, well, where can we go without it?)

And all food should be as lightly salted as possible. You cannot exclude salt before, but you can limit it as much as possible!

From the above products, you can safely prepare yourself various, not harmful sweets! The only negative is that you will have to cook yourself, and not live on ready-made food!

Let's see what the experiment will lead to, how long we can hold out, but I have a very strong desire to eat as long as possible, and maybe always! This is more or less healthy food, and savings in the family budget!
