I look at him, smile, maybe kidding, and I don't understand - what happened)))

Friends, I know this bike since childhood, that someone somewhere riveted a measuring tape due to wear and tear, and again someone somewhere got caught on this. But for sure I never expected that I would meet and see this cheat with my own eyes!
Those. actually measuring 10 cm, the tape measure shows division by 20 cm, and accordingly measuring any distance - we get it less by 10 cm.
The situation happened as follows: a neighbor has two floors. He makes the floor on the second floor. All plywood is stored on the 1st floor, which is logical, since it is inconvenient to cut it at the top, and you stumble over the installed sex lags.
On the same first floor, he used "my" tape for cutting, measuring the distances directly on the plywood.
But he still found his own and took measurements with it on the second floor.
