We now have two houses on the site: one is new, built in 2019, and the other is small, old, in which we live. If everything in the new house is provided for protection against fluctuations, there is an input voltage stabilizer and a relay voltage control, then I did not invest in an old house, since in a couple of months we are moving to new.
And this is what happened ...
Having lived here for a little more than 3 years, according to observations, we know that at night (from 23-00 to 7-00) the voltage is more or less stable (210 - 230 V), and we start washing for about 4-5 hours. in the morning, so that upon waking up, the spouse could already hang out the laundry.
In the morning, of course, I did not notice anything, I got ready for work and left. At the exit from our street, at the crossroads near the transformer substation, Energosbyt's car was parked and two people were spinning around the metal box of the transformer, but that's me. then I guessed that the equipment was being repaired, because my wife called me only at 9 am and said that the clothes had not been washed, and the washing machine had stopped altogether turn on.
All equipment works: split, fridge and freezer, but the washer is silent.
If I had not noticed the power engineers, I would rather have thought that the washing machine was out of order by itself from old age (she is 6 years old), but since there was definitely some kind of malfunction, we decided to check it out.
The next day, closer to lunchtime, we walked through the neighbors and asked if anyone's equipment had burned out. Out of 17 houses on our street, only some of them also had their washing machine out of order. Now I was sure that it was the fault of the power engineers.
We called Energosbyt, they confirmed there was a malfunction. Having appeared at the subscriber department, we ordered a specialist to inspect the equipment in order to draw up an Act of the failed equipment. Unexpectedly for us, even with a delay of several hours, but a specialist came and we drew up an act.
I already knew in advance that if the employee did not come, then here you can draw up an act with the signatures of at least three neighbors. A similar act has the same effect.
After drawing up the act, the washing machine was taken for repair and repaired within a week, there were problems with the electronic board.
Here, in advance, you need to select an organization that will documentarily show where the damage was (As a last resort, if not money for repairs, you can call an expert and make an expert opinion - it is also accepted either by the supplier of the resource, or court).
Now, we have on hand an act, a repair document and a receipt with the amount.
This is a complete set that is provided to the resource provider with a mandatory cover letter - a claim that indicates and the bank details of your current account, to which you are asking to reimburse losses due to the inadequate quality of the service provided - electricity. And, if the supplier leaves the letter unanswered for a month, then a direct road to court.
In my case, I was told on the 17th day that TNS Energo would consider your complaint within a month and take appropriate measures. Sounds a lot, doesn't it?
But, I was very surprised when, after a couple of weeks, an amount of 7,000 rubles was credited to my account.
What difficulties did you face
Power surge - legally, there is no such thing. Therefore, for the first time, my claim was refused. I rewrote it in my own words: short-term voltage deviation from the requirements of regulatory documents.
There were no more problems. It did not take long to beat the rapids, which I was pleased with.
