Now is the height of the watermelon season and I hope you will be interested in arguing with someone or making a surprise relatives, friends and relatives that you can cut the watermelon so as not to damage either the core or its rind. It looks very unusual! And you will do it within 15-20 minutes ...

Once I myself fell for this trick, the solution to which is simple, but an inquiring mind asks all the same to explain how this is done. We came to visit an old acquaintance (he works as a cook) and he put a watermelon on the table, the pulp of which was enclosed in two halves of a watermelon rind. He opened them, took out a ball of pulp, put them on a dish and quickly cut them into cubes - it was so unusual and fun ...

So, let's begin!

Take a watermelon and cut it in half.

And then, we put one half aside and from the second - we scoop out the pulp with an ordinary tablespoon:

The first stage is over! We put the crust aside.

No, we will not glue the pulp back into its previous form: -))) And you can eat it. Because for the focus you need two watermelons of the same shape.

We take the second one and carefully cut it in half, but only the crust, without touching the pulp (a cut 1-1.5 cm deep). It is important that if the watermelon is ripe, make a cut so that the fruit does not crack:

Now, with gentle movements, remove the peel, slightly smoothing the flesh for aesthetics, so that there are no remnants of the inner white part of the peel:

Both parts are ready! We put them on the shelf and serve them to the table:
