Good afternoon, dear guests and subscribers of my channel!

Building your own home, that is, a home for yourself, involves the use of materials that are not only reliable and of high quality, but also environmentally friendly. When you have a huge choice in front of you and the market offers dozens of both old and new solutions, you begin to weigh everything and choose the best in terms of quality, price and environmental friendliness.

And so, just, here, in search of the truth, through the information of the Internet, people's reviews and advertising banners with bright headers - everyone is trying to find the best and cleanest building material. Such a volume of information falls on your head that when you delve into all this, you involuntarily begin to understand "where is the truth?"

Advertising sings one thing, people's reviews say something completely different, besides there are many customized reviews, where people either praise the materials or write dirty tricks, being competitors of the advertised manufacturers. And try to figure it out ...

This situation drives many self-builders into a very serious depression, they lose heart from helplessness. Against this background, you can get a serious mental disorder. Because the truth cannot be found. The entire certification system has been purchased, voluntary certificates are issued for those harmful substances that the manufacturer himself wants to declare. That says it all.

In recent years, the amount of information has grown in tens hundreds of times, but who previously thought about the thermal conductivity of materials? Only the last two decades have often begun to use polystyrene foam and insulate blind areas, plinths and foundations, isn't advertising so influencing such decisions? Before, even nobody knew about these orange plates.

Thinking about quality and ecology can take a long time. As soon as fiberglass fittings appeared, garage production began to open immediately. Well, how not to get nervous here, knowing that there is now good material on the market, and g... oh? And how to distinguish one from the other, few people know.

Rebar production

Due to such a situation in the market - the head is spinning, most people wave their hand at all this and choose those materials they know about choose simple and logical solutions (I believe that this is always necessary adhere ...)

I don't think everything is good with the environment either. We will not be able to live in an ecologically clean house, unless we go to the forest. When choosing a tree, in any case, it is subjected to chemical treatment, and these antiseptics are certified in the same way that I described a little above :-) There are no ends here.

In fact, any material that is NOT made by nature always contains chemistry from the factory itself. Any plastics, wallpaper, varnishes, paints - this cannot be avoided in a modern house, which means that there can be no talk of any ecology.

Of course, you want to minimize all this, but how if the certification is dishonest? There is no primary source where you can look and evaluate the composition. Therefore, you turn on your head again, you continue to think-seek-consult! Well, a schizo - in one word :-)))

It turns out that if you want an eco-friendly house, do not carry plastic at all, not a TV, not a refrigerator, or a washing machine. Can we live like this? No way! Only one thing is clear, in order to maximally remove the effect of chemistry on the body - you need to form a good ventilation system. By replacing the air, the concentration of bad substances in the house will be much lower. The only way :-)

Thank you for attention! I wish you good luck and good!

"Why do you need expensive plaster, take a better plaster?" - objected the master (Why is gypsum more practical + 7 ways to slow down hardening)

"I will buy a house and I will have a rest" - Well, well! How much will the maintenance of the house cost if the owner only rests?

Should I buy building materials in winter or wait for spring?
