On November 25, at the annual YaC event, Yandex announced the release of a new smart speaker Yandex. Station Max.
Outwardly, Max looks like the first Yandex. Station, but there are many differences.
A white LED screen has appeared that displays the time, volume level, weather, visualization of music playback and much more.
The remote control appeared.

There was a connection to the network not only via Wi-Fi (including 5 GHz), but also via Ethernet. Audio output appeared.
The total speaker power has increased to 65 W, and there are now as many as five speakers (woofer, and a pair of midrange and treble) plus a passive radiator.
The column connects to a TV and supports 4K, but it seems to only play videos from Kinopoisk. When playing music, sound via HDMI, alas, is not output.
Yandex. The Max station will start selling on December 1 at a price of 16,990 rubles. While there will be two colors - black and white, but then they promise more blue and red.
My preferences are most likely radically different from the bulk of users of columns with Alice, because now I only use the speaker to give it voice commands to control the lighting and cornice. I would prefer the Yandex. A station that would not be able to play music at all or output it to a digital output, so my ideal imaginary Yandex. The station would look something like this. ;)
