Today masks and gloves have started to be sold at all stations of the Moscow metro. I bought one mask.

Initially, they promised to sell masks for 30 rubles, gloves for 20 rubles, a set of mask + gloves for 50 rubles. On May 5, at a vending machine at the Sviblovo metro passage, there were only sets. On May 7, there were only masks. The sets seem to have run out (to the right of the masks, the price tag is most likely from them).

In the vending machine, the masks are not very noticeable.

This is probably why they put a sticker "Here you can buy a mask and gloves" on the top of the machine.

I paid 30 rubles by bank card contactless payment.

The package contains a mask and a piece of paper folded in half. Apparently, the paper was typed in a hurry: at the bottom there is an inscription "Contraindications: individual not translated".

Surprisingly, neither the name nor the address of the manufacturer is indicated. Only "Manufacturer: China". It seemed to me that in Russia it is forbidden to sell goods without this data, but perhaps in an epidemic it is possible that way. There is no barcode either, apparently made specifically for sale in the metro.

Custom mask, made on automatic equipment (not sewn). The elastic bands are soft, the nasal seems to be normal, there are apparently two layers - the outer blue one made of a very thin material and the inner white thicker.

Before the epidemic, such masks cost twenty times cheaper, but now there are no such prices and are unlikely to be in the near future. The cheapest masks now sell for 25 rubles, but mostly about 30 rubles.

I wonder if there are a lot of those who buy masks at 30 rubles for each trip by metro?

And how many people use one disposable mask for weeks until it falls apart and does not disinfect it in any way?
