Moscow is stepping up quarantine measures. Today the decree of the Mayor of Moscow was issued No. 97-UM dated 6.10.2020. It has a rather unexpected app that is not talked about in the news.

According to the decree, from October 9, 2020, preferential travel passes for pensioners and schoolchildren will no longer be valid, but everyone has probably already heard about this.

30% of employees of all enterprises and organizations should be transferred to a remote mode of work (everyone has probably heard about this too).

At the very end of the decree there is such a clause: "Information about workers to be transferred to remote operation... must be completed in relation to each of the workers to be transferred to remote work in the form given below. "

And this is the form:

For each employee "remotely", the employer must provide his mobile phone number, car (if any), number of the Troika or Arrow card, social card number, numbers of any travel cards tickets.

Very interesting, why do they need all this information? Will they track who sneaked into work and punish?
