Yesterday on the market in Losinkawhere only cash is accepted for payment, I came up with an idea how to radically improve the convenience of paying in cash and make it so that sellers cannot cheat you. All this yummy was bought using a method I invented. :)
We usually ask the market to sell, for example, a kilogram of cherries. The seller weighs a little more than a kilogram and names the price, for example, 186 rubles. Then you buy something else for 42 rubles, then something else for 118, then another 52, and the seller says: "428 rubles from you." You give 500 rubles and get 72 rubles in change. Few people immediately realize that the seller cheated you for 30 rubles. Moreover, an uncomfortable trifle appeared in my pocket.
I came up with a very simple thing. You say to the seller: "I have cherries for 100 rubles" when he weighs "and also apricots for 100 rubles", and then "and strawberries for 200 rubles." And then you calmly give the seller 400 rubles and you know for sure that you were not cheated. As a bonus, there is no rattling change in your pocket.
Yesterday I bought anything tasty in Losinka for exactly 450 rubles: in the photo there are cucumbers for 50 rubles, cherries "Crimean" for 100 rubles, cherries "Dagestan" for 100 rubles, tomatoes for 100 rubles and blueberries for 100 rubles.
In order not to receive change at all (many are afraid to take cash from sellers because of the coronavirus), it is better to take 100 and 50 rubles bills with you before going to the market.
Almost any product by weight can be bought for 50-100-150-200-250-300 rubles. As much as you need. And it does not matter at all that the weight will be uneven, the main thing is that the scales will show an even price and they will not cheat you, most likely they will not be weighed (electronic scales are not so easy to deceive), and there will be no change.
