If not, then it is now, then the time when this issue should be given special attention. Just think how much the intestines are slagged, if before we could not even think that it also needs to be cleaned from time to time!

But this can be fraught with serious problems, which, by the way, can be prevented, the main thing is to do it on time. The same "general cleaning" will help us in this, with only one difference - for it we need not rags and detergents, but slightly different auxiliary components.

In order to prepare a wonderful intestinal cleansing mixture, we need:

Apple - 2 pieces,
Pumpkin is a small piece
Raisins - 100 grams,
Prunes - 10 pieces,
Ground coriander - optional.


First you need to thoroughly rinse all fruits and dried fruits under water. Now we boil water and fill it with prunes and raisins - let them stand in this form for about an hour.

As soon as the raisins swell well, you can start grating the apple and pumpkin, and cut the prunes into small pieces. We combine all the prepared ingredients in one bowl, sprinkle with ground coriander (one pinch will be enough) and, armed with a spoon, we proceed to absorb the vitamin salad.

Yes, it is very important to eat it in the morning, about an hour before meals. It will be enough only 5 days for your body to be cleansed of "garbage" thanks to this healthy dish. You will not only feel the changes, but also notice in the mirror - your skin will look fresh and a smile will appear on your face.
