  • Celery stalks. A decoction based on this plant is used against the cabbage fly. You will need 4 kg of fresh raw materials. It is washed, crushed, filled with water (10 l) and boiled for 30 minutes. You need to wait until the product has cooled down (2-3 hours). As a result, a concentrated substance is obtained, a working solution must be prepared from it: dilute 2 l of the product with water (10 l) and add 50 ml of liquid soap.
  • Dandelions. Dandelion infusion is used against cruciferous flea beetles. You will need 500 g of fresh raw materials (leaves and roots are used), it is crushed, for example, you can pass it through a meat grinder. The gruel is added to water (10 l). To improve the adhesion of the resulting substance to the leaves, it is recommended to add 1 tbsp. l. liquid soap.
  • Tomato tops, garlic. They are used against caterpillars and cruciferous flea beetles. Prepare 1 cup of tomato tops and garlic cloves each. The components are ground in a meat grinder, added to water (10 l). It is also necessary to add detergent - 1 tbsp. l. liquid soap.
  • Chamomile. This plant helps to breed aphids and caterpillars. Prepare the infusion: use 1 kg of ground parts of the plant and 10 liters of boiling water. The duration of the infusion is 12 hours. Then the precipitate is removed. The resulting concentrate is diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 3. For every 10 liters of liquid, add 40 g of soap (liquid or crushed bar soap).

  • Vinegar. Used for cruciferous flea beetles. You will need 10 liters of water, 1 glass of table vinegar (concentration 9%). The resulting liquid is first sprayed over one fork, the treatment is continued in the absence of a negative reaction.
  • Ammonia. It is used in the fight against slugs, bear, ants and aphids. 10 ml of ammonia is diluted with water (10 l). If the tool is planned to be used for soil treatment, all manipulations are performed before planting, while the liquid is poured into the prepared wells. To process the ground parts of the plant, you must first add laundry soap (40-50 g).
  • Naphthalene. Used in combination with sand or ash. This helps kill the cabbage fly. Take naphthalene and sand / ash in a ratio of 1: 5. The resulting mixture is scattered over the area and around the cabbage (processing radius about 5 cm).
  • Milk and iodine. This is an effective method for killing aphids. Prepare 1 bucket of water, 500 ml of low fat milk, add 10 drops of iodine. The resulting product is sprayed on the garden bed.
  • Valerian. This method is used to combat cruciferous flea beetles. You will need 3 liters of water and the contents of 1 vial of valerian. The liquid is sprayed over the cabbage; you need to do this in calm cloudy weather, when rain is not predicted.
