To make cabbage buns, you need the following ingredients:

  • white cabbage (150 g);
  • olive oil (20 ml);

  • granulated sugar and salt (to taste).

It is required to chop the cabbage, peel and chop the garlic. Oil is heated in a frying pan, vegetables are stewed over medium heat for about 7-9 minutes.   • milk (200 ml);

  • turmeric (0.5 tsp. l.);
  • sunflower oil (2 tbsp. l.).

The yeast dissolves in warmed milk (up to a temperature of +40 ° C) and infused for 10-15 minutes. Cabbage is chopped, carrots are chopped on a grater. The vegetables are mixed with the addition of salt. Wheat flour is sifted into a deep container, seasonings and diluted yeast are added. Chopped cabbage is mixed into the composition. The dough is combined with butter and left to infuse under a towel for 1-1.5 hours.

The semi-finished product is divided into 12 parts, from which buns are formed. The pastry is laid out on a greased baking sheet and infused for 30-40 minutes. The matching buns are placed in an oven heated to + 180... + 200 ° С. Cabbage bun is baked for 35 minutes, served with soups, vegetable dishes.

Diet buns require the following ingredients:

  • water (250 g);
  • granulated sugar (1-2 tbsp. l.);
  • fresh yeast (15 g);
  • salt (0.5 tsp. l.);
  • white cabbage (250-300 g);
  • flour (300-400 g);
  • onions (1 pc.);
  • carrots (1/2 pc.);
  • sunflower oil (3-4 tbsp. l.);
  • salt and spices (to taste).

The onions are peeled and chopped. Prepared carrots are chopped on a grater. The cabbage is cut into small pieces. Vegetables are mixed and stewed with sunflower oil in a skillet with seasonings and salt. Then the dough is prepared. Cooled stewed vegetables are added to the mass and mixed thoroughly, adding small portions of flour. The finished dough is placed in an oiled dish and left for 1-1.5 hours. 12 cabbage rolls are formed from the semi-finished product. The bun is baked for 20-25 minutes in the oven at a temperature of + 180 ° C.
