- during the season, you need to organize three fertilizing with phosphorus-potassium fertilizers. In the spring, it is recommended to add ammonium nitrate, it stimulates the growth of new shoots;
- if you want to give the shrub a neat and oval appearance, in the spring you will need to remove a third of the length from the branches. In the fall, it is imperative to carry out preventive treatment, removing all dry and rotten branches. Every five years, the plant needs a rejuvenating haircut.
