There are many ways to prepare kombucha. Among them, the traditional one stands out, involving the use of tea, apple cider vinegar and sugar.

The health of the culture is evidenced by its presence on the surface of the water. In case of diseases, the mushroom sinks to the bottom of the can, even after adding tea leaves, it does not rise up. This is because mistakes were made in the exit process.

The jar must contain at least 3 liters of water. Keep the container in the light for at least 8 hours. Considering that the drink is constantly used, you can add a sleeping brew to the container. First, it is poured with hot water, after which it is allowed to cool, a little sugar is poured in and poured into a jar. It is important that the sugar grains do not fall on the mushroom itself, so they must be allowed to completely dissolve. It is better to strain the tea leaves so that it does not interfere with the use of the drink later.

The culture needs washing 1-2 times a month. To do this, remove the mushroom from the jar, put it on the surface so that it does not bend. The infusion should be filtered and poured into a clean container. The mushroom on the plate is washed under warm water. It can be destroyed by using hot liquid. The culture is kept in air for 2-3 minutes, after which it is again placed in liquid.
