- the site is located far from buildings (at a distance of 50 m), the distance from deciduous plantations should be 30 m, conifers - 100 m;
- a place within a radius of 10 m is cleared of flammable objects: wood chips, dry branches, etc .;
- on the side of the site, a fire strip with a width of 40 cm is equipped;
- fire extinguishing devices are located nearby;
- you must not leave the site until the smoldering stops.
Attention! Do not forget to fill with water or cover with sand the place where the fire was made. If a container was used, do the same.
It is allowed to use a barrel or oven, but the conditions will be different:
- the distance from deciduous plantations should be at least 15 m, from conifers - 50 m, from buildings - 25 m;
- the site should be cleared of flammable materials within a radius of 5 m;
- the fire strip can be omitted;
- the container is covered with a metal sheet to exclude contact of fire with air;
- the person must remain on the site until the end of the procedure.
Important! You cannot make a fire and burn garbage if a special fire regime is introduced on the territory. It is forbidden to do this on peatlands, near coniferous stands, as well as when the wind speed exceeds 10 m / s (if a container is used) and 5 m / s (if the fire is open). Do not use a container with burnt walls.
What a fine can be imposed
For deviating from the rules, an individual can be fined 2-3 thousand. rubles, the chairman of the gardening partnership - by 6-15 thousand. rub. (since he is an official), SNT - for 150-200 thousand. rub. (such a fine is provided for legal entities). And if someone's property is damaged or a person receives minor or moderate health damage, the amount of the fine will increase.
How to legally burn garbage on the site?
What ways to apply in order not to break the law? Suitable for this:
- a metal barrel with a cut-off bottom, installed in a pit and located at a distance of 25 m from buildings and groups of trees;
- stove made of scrap heat-resistant materials;
- a branded stove designed for incineration of garbage or built independently of stone or brick;
- a pit prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Emergencies.
It is necessary to burn garbage on the site in compliance with all prescribed standards. Only this will save you from the sanctions of the regulatory authorities.
