- With the help of chamomile infusion. Chamomile (about 1 kg) is added to a bucket of warm water, allowed to brew for 12 hours, filtered and poured into a spray bottle by 1/3. Top up with water to the end. To enhance the effect, you can add 1/2 pack of soap.
