  • Pour the prepared brine over the jars, roll up, wrap in a blanket and leave to cool completely.

Option 3: when you don't want to bother

This method involves the processing of unsuccessful salting into a blank for pickle, azu or hodgepodge. For cooking you need:

  • Rinse cucumbers, cut into small pieces.
  • Put out on the stove for 7-9 minutes.
  • Arrange in previously prepared sterile containers.

Life hacks for the prevention of unsuccessful blanks

Disease is better prevented than cured. So it is with pickles for the winter. Rules to help you save the blanks:
