For this dish, we also need mushroom seasoning. In general, I love eggplant, and in my pantry there are usually many different twists from this vegetable: Georgian eggplant, eggplant in tomato, spicy or sweet eggplant. I would like to share with you a recipe when eggplant tastes like mushrooms. To do this, we only need to add the mushroom seasoning. And you will not notice how the taste will change: you fried eggplants, but you eat mushrooms. When you invite guests, surprise them with delicious mushrooms. None of them will guess that it is eggplant.

PRODUCTS FROM WHICH WE MAKE

We need eggplant as this is the main ingredient. A little onion, mushroom seasoning, vegetable oil and mayonnaise.

GOING TO PREPARATION

First you need to prepare the eggplant. The black rind is very tough and can be bitter and must be removed. Peel the eggplants and cut them into neat cubes.

In a frying pan, using vegetable oil, fry the eggplants well until cooked. Note that eggplants absorb oil well, so don't spare it. You don't need to salt anything.

Moving on to the bow. Peel, rinse and dice the onion. The onions must be sautéed in a separate frying pan so that they are golden brown. In no case should you overcook the onion, otherwise it will taste bitter.

Now mix the fried vegetables, onions and eggplants. There is no need to add vegetable oil any more, as they already contain a sufficient amount of it.

Prepare the mushroom seasoning and add it to the fried vegetables. Since the seasoning already contained salt, I did not salt the workpiece. Read carefully the ingredients of the seasoning you will be using.

The next step is to add mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly. It already smells very tasty and looks like mushrooms in jars.

We put a delicious snack in already sterilized jars. Pour water into a separate saucepan and set to boil. We wait for the water in the pan to boil, and put the cans of snacks for additional sterilization. We process each can for about 20 minutes.

Next, we prepare the lids and spin our delicious mushroom filling. We turn the cans over, put them on the floor, wrap them in a warm blanket and leave them until they cool. After a day, we remove the ready-made snack on the shelves. Now we have a whole winter ahead of us in order to have time to enjoy a mushroom snack and surprise our guests, maybe even unexpected ones.
