Having removed the matrix and the radiator, it will be possible to see what is inside the cartridge, namely the power supply and the converter. Now the most important thing is to check the performance of the LEDs. This can be done with a battery and a pair of wires. You need to "ring" every LED! When the faulty one is found, if necessary, remove, and short-circuit the empty space with a suitable wire. After that, the light bulb will serve for some time.
