Once I happened to see very strange rakes at the disposal of my neighbors during the summer season. They had some mysterious tubes stretched onto separate teeth. If we take the average rake sold in the agricultural tool market and measure the thickness of their teeth, it turns out that in the absolute majority of all cases it is an indicator from 2 to 3.5 mm. A rake is generally a fairly specific tool that is only suitable for harvesting grass and foliage. However, the functionality of this device can be quickly expanded.
For this we need some kind of measuring device, marker, hacksaw or a good sharp knife. You also need a thin, tight-walled hose and a polypropylene pipe. Both should have a diameter of about 20 mm. It is recommended to immediately estimate whether the hose or pipe will be put on the rake tooth, and most importantly, whether they will "sit" on them and not fall off at the slightest movement.
When everything is ready, you can get to work. First we measure the length of the rake teeth. Having received a certain value, starting from it, he makes a marking with a marker on the hose and polypropylene pipe so that the length of each individual tube is slightly larger than the length of the teeth. Next, we count the number of required tubes per teeth. It is best to cut into more and put the tubes on the teeth after one.

Actually, the "set" is ready. Now all that remains is to pull the number of tubes onto the rake teeth in the right order. You can do this using the formula one after one or one after two. What for? When you need "just a rake" again, the tubes can be removed and put aside in a dry place.
