Most owners mistakenly believe that it is possible to connect two metal pipes only with a welding machine. In fact, this is not the case at all. If desired and the availability of suitable materials, the connection can be made without using a welding machine. There is one proven method for this. If you use it, it will be even better.
What you need: bolts, nuts, washers (all of the listed M6), thick metal plate, pipes of the same diameter
First of all, the ends of the pipes are cut at the desired angle using a grinder. Then they are checked for the ratio. The tubes should lean against each other tightly and not have any gaps between them. If you managed to do this the first time - congratulations, now you can proceed to the second stage.
2 identical insert strips are cut out for the inner diameter of the thick metal tubes. At the edge of the cut-off sides of the tubes, holes are made for 6 mm. Exactly the same ones are made in the edges of the blanks. The point is to build a kind of constructor.
First, you need to bolt the blank inserts to each other, and then put them in the tubes and connect them with bolts through the holes made.
