If interference on TV has become a common thing, and the call of the master is too expensive, then you should not despair - this article will help you get started on your own, even with a minimal set of the most necessary tools.

6. Buy only high quality digital set-top box initially

In the era of digital television, you should pay attention only to high-quality electronic devices. And quality, as you know, cannot be cheap, so initially you should prepare for spending, constantly repeating to yourself: "The miser pays twice."

The digital set-top box is the heart of home television, and when buying this gadget you should not look at cheap fakes from AliExpress, otherwise you will very soon have to go for a normal device.

5. Replace your splitter with a really good one

Signs of a good, quality splitter:

  • Solid metal body without seams or joints. Cheap models usually consist of two halves.
  • Well-cut threads.
  • Instead of resistors, transformers are installed in expensive splitters, but unfortunately it is impossible to check this without disassembling the case. And he, as indicated above, must be all-metal.

Is it better to buy an expensive splitter once than spoil your eyes for a long time due to interference on the screen? Decide for yourself.

4. Cover free outputs with special plugs

Free outputs can remain both in splitters and in TV sockets. Not many users know that it is precisely such seemingly harmless connectors that are an obstacle to a good signal. You should not try to close the old old-fashioned way - with a nut and a resistor. A plug, special for such structures, is not much more expensive.

3. Install only expensive TV cable

A TV cable, first of all, is a conductor, and the signal quality directly depends on its resistance. For a good antenna cable, the resistance tends to zero, and its measurement shows values so small that they can be neglected. In the case of cheap models, the opposite is true - the price is lower, but the resistance is higher. Of course there will be interference!

2. There should be no breaks along the entire length of the TV cable

This is not an ordinary wire designed for household voltage of 220 V, which can be twisted or connected by soldering, terminals, crimping sleeves, etc. The antenna cable must be intact throughout, otherwise interference and video quality degradation will not to avoid. Therefore, you should not even try to connect the TV cable - just a waste of time and money.

1. Before laying - always check

Before laying the so-called low-current networks in a cable channel or a gutter, with subsequent putty, you should check the quality of home television. If everything is assembled correctly and only expensive materials were used, but interference is still present on the screen, you need to check everything again and achieve a good result.

Installation of a home low-current network is not so difficult - it is enough to strictly follow the generally accepted rules and advice of masters.
