Designer Lina Zatselyapina designed a 30 m² one-room apartment in Khrushchev for a young girl. The hostess wanted a laconic and practical interior in soothing shades. As a result, the project is based on a modern minimalist style.
- total area: 30 m²
- House type: Khrushchev
- A place: Moscow
- Budget: 2.5-3 million rubles
- Designer: Lina Zatselyapina (Huge studio)
- Stylist: Irina Temnova

The materials were selected to be wear-resistant. The walls were painted with paint. The floors were laid with porcelain stoneware. Parquet was preserved in the residential area. It was restored and added to the interior. This moment was thought out in advance. So I managed to save money and stay within budget.
Living room
There is no living room with a sofa and a TV area in the apartment. There was no need for it. A mini-cabinet took its place.
Kitchen
The kitchen was zoned at the field level. An additional border is the bar counter, which also serves as a dining table.
Bedroom
The transparent partition was equipped with a thick curtain on a hidden cornice to solve the problem with insolation.
Hallway
The entrance area itself was highlighted in blue. An open wardrobe for everyday outerwear was made from wooden slats.
Bathroom
The bathroom was done in a more neutral, almost completely gray scale. The walls were finished with moisture resistant microcement.
