Designer Tatyana Bezverkhaya designed a small three-room apartment in the Moscow "Stalin" building for a woman with two daughters.

Initially, the customer hoped to confine herself to cosmetic repairs, but for the sake of convenience and giving the room a more modern look, she decided on a larger-scale alteration.

  • total area: 58 m²
  • Number of rooms: 3
  • Building type: "Stalinka"
  • Who lives here: woman with two daughters
  • Budget: 3,000,000 rubles.
  • Designer: Tatiana Bezverkhaya (TB.Design)

The hostess has been hunting for this apartment for a long time. The location in the area of Lomonosovsky Prospect was important to her. When developing a new design, she wanted to get rid of the frilly tiles and arches left over from the 00s.

The customer left the choice of the general style to the designer. She indicated only her approximate ideas and pointed to her preferred color palette, which turned out to be quite diverse.

Living room

The hostess prefers rich shades in unexpected combinations. This was reflected in the design of the living room.

Bright textiles and furniture upholstery are used against the neutral background of gray-beige walls, partly finished with brickwork. The designer used lilac, turquoise and emerald colors.

Kitchen

The kitchen occupies the area of the former balcony. Its oblong shape was 100 percent used. So, along the panoramic window, an elongated high tabletop was placed, which serves as a work surface and a place for breakfast.

The room turned out to be bright and fresh thanks to the emphasis on the lower cabinets of the headset. Their shade continues the lilac-nautical palette of the living room.

Bedroom

The master's bedroom is made in the style of modern classics. The general milky blue range is complemented by chocolate and gold shades.

A built-in storage system was placed along the wall at the entrance.

Children

The daughters' room was furnished mainly with mass-market furniture. The girls' beds were placed in niches.

The room is more neutral. The accents are a bright coral door, furniture and textiles.

Bathroom

A special place in the diverse range of the bathroom is occupied by dark blue shelves and a sideboard, as well as patterned tiles.

Spacious wardrobes were prudently built into a niche for storing a large number of hygiene and sanitary items. A laundry room was also placed there.
