Designer Elena Bodrova designed a small three-room apartment for a family with an adult son in the style of modern classics.
When creating the interior, close attention was paid to the colors, details of home comfort, as well as creating maximum comfort.
- total area: 63 m²
- Number of rooms: 3
- A place: Moscow
- Who lives here: married couple with an adult son and a pet
- Budget: 5.5 million rubles (renovation + furniture + textiles + decor)
- Designer: Elena Bodrova
Comfort and the predominance of traditional style in the design of the apartment were important to the customers. In choosing the general color scheme, preference was given to cold tones, gray-blue shades in combination with a warm beige background.
The family bought this apartment with redevelopment, which was slightly improved.
Customers liked the style of modern American classics, which they took as a landmark: they chose a paneled kitchen, white doors and a classic French herringbone floor layout.
We selected light background shades for the walls and comfortable upholstered furniture, added discreet stucco decor.
Living room
The living room is connected to the kitchen by an open portal. In this part, a dining area for family meals has been allocated.
The hostess showed a reverent attitude towards the selection of upholstered furniture, curtains, pillows. The design involved a lot of textiles, which are linked to the overall color concept of the apartment.
Kitchen
In the kitchen, a light blue corner set was placed.
Opposite the window, there was a breakfast area with a cantilever table top and high semi-bar chairs.
Master bedroom
In the design of the bedroom, the choice of customers fell on a calm light gray scale and classic forms.
The window and bed textiles were also chosen in soothing pastel colors. The compact room contains a small wardrobe and a double bed with side tables.
Son's bedroom
The son of the owners of the apartment is a student; he plans to separate from his parents' house in the near future. With this in mind, the functionality of the second bedroom has been expanded.
Its arrangement and design were thought out with an eye to further use of the premises as a study for the owner of the house or a guest room.
Bathroom
The customers didn't need a bathtub, so they opted for a spacious shower room.
In addition to the toilet and sink, it was possible to accommodate a washing machine and a small storage system.
Hallway
In the hallway, there was a wardrobe, an open clothes rack, a shoe rack and a mirror.
And there was also a place for a mini-sofa - a sleeping place for a small dog.
