The designer turned a 65 m² kopeck piece into a three-ruble note and placed two bathrooms: before and after photos

The apartment has an additional guest bedroom and a bathroom to it.

The kitchen was moved to the former hall, which was combined with the living room. In the master bedroom, the balcony block was removed, thereby making the room more spacious.

They took a modern minimalist style as a basis. The calm finish was dotted with accent decor, bright pieces of furniture and the use of various textures.

Living room

The customers wanted to make the walls white, but they were afraid that the interior would turn out to be too boring and empty. The solution was plaster panels for painting. They took over the accent role without the massive use of bright colors.

Kitchen

The island acted as a bright color contrast, along with a part of the upper cabinets, the border between the zones and at the same time - the dining table.

The Arredo Tre kitchen set with glossy fronts was built into a niche. The floor was laid with natural polished travertine.

Master bedroom

The accent wall behind the headboard was decorated not only with plaster panels, as in the living room, but also with dark glass inserts.

On the attached balcony, a small seating area was equipped with a bright armchair from IKEA.

Guest bedroom

The plaster panels on the contrasting wall at the entrance to the dressing room were supplemented with a mirror. In addition to performing a direct function, it also visually expanded the space.

Eichholtz graphic black fixtures were used to contrast with the white trim. RoyBosh upholstery color adds variety to the interior.

Hallway

The neutral hallway has been diluted with an orange Eichholtz bench. In addition to the dressing room, a Mr. Doors with mirrored sliding doors.

Bathrooms

The master bathroom was decorated with REX porcelain stoneware, and the walls were decorated with marble-like patterns.

The walls in the guest bathroom were covered with Atlas Concorde tiles for textiles. Instead of a bathroom, a shower corner was built in, thanks to which the washing machine entered freely.
