Customers have purchased an apartment for rent. However, in the future, they plan to transfer it to their son, who is still living with them. This was taken into account when developing the design project.

The owners also emphasized that the comfort in the studio is important to them - in terms of both functional and visual components.

  • total area: 48 m²
  • Number of rooms: from one room to the studio
  • A place: Ekaterinburg
  • Who lives here: for rent
  • Budget: 1.4 million rubles
  • Designer: Alexandra Nikulina

They decided to make the space more open and free. For this, the walls were removed, and the resulting single room was divided into zones.

Living room

A recreation area was placed in the center of the room. The design used more restrained shades. Textiles are a small accent.

An upholstered chair and a coffee table by the window bring a classic touch to the modern interior. It is complemented by ceiling cornices and moldings.

The bedroom is separated by a partition made of wooden slats. They not only serve as a border, but also give the room a rhythm and vertical direction.

The wall behind the bed is finished with brickwork, which introduces the style of the loft. She is also supported by the original black sconces on the sides of the bed.

Kitchen

A high bar table serves as an overseas. The kitchen is also highlighted at floor level with geometric tiles.

The apron and lamps somewhat dilute the restrained interior with gloss. The owners also emphasized that the comfort in the studio is important to them - in terms of both functional and visual components.

Hallway

A spacious wardrobe was equipped in the corridor for easy storage. He was hidden behind mirrored compartment doors.

Bathroom

The bathroom is mostly done in gray-beige.

They decided to abandon the bathroom due to the small area, placing a shower corner. But to the right of it, it was also possible to place a mini-laundry room.
