  • total area: 52 m²
  • Number of rooms: 1
  • House type: reconstructed building of the former plant of calculating and analytical machines. Kalmykova
  • A place: Moscow
  • Who lives here: for rent
  • Budget: 3.6 million rubles

The apartments are located in an urban building that combines the style of a loft with modern technology. The character of the building determined the planning and conceptual solution.

The apartment has a separate bedroom and a kitchen-living room. In addition, a spacious dressing room was equipped at the entrance.
The interior was made in the spirit of minimalism in shades of gray. It was made in tune with the cityscapes outside the window.

Living room

A mini-living room with a TV area was placed by the window. Initially, one of the projections of the bearing wall did not allow the corner sofa to stand straight along the wall.

This feature was played up by building plasterboard structures. The resulting rectangular arches added graphicality. They have built-in diode backlights.

The neutral gray tone was diluted with velvet textures of textiles in soft accent shades and a picture on the wall.

Kitchen

The table top has united the headset and the bar counter, forming a U-shaped kitchen work area. The counter acts as an element of zoning, and can also serve as a place for breakfast and a work table.

A mini-dining room was located opposite. It was highlighted with wallpaper with a geometric pattern, and the protruding beam was covered with a mirror.

The print on the wallpaper is combined with the contrasting color of the upholstery of the chairs. A niche was built in the adjacent wall. Shelving was built into it for minimal storage.

Bedroom

The niche for the bed was formed, as in the living room, with the help of a drywall construction, since there is also a projection of the bearing wall in the bedroom.

The headboard was decorated with soft panels. The gray trim was additionally shaded with a wide dark stripe above.

A cabinet for storing bed linen was placed in a niche along the wall at the entrance. The bedside tables were replaced with elegant stools to save space.

Hallway

The hallway was zoned at floor level. A narrow table was set against the wall so that it would not interfere with the passage. Its surface matches the floor.

Bathroom

The bathroom was also decorated mainly in gray and white colors. To save space in the wall, niches for storing hygiene products were equipped in the sink area.
